Bethany Musick McCaa is a native of Bakersfield, California having graduated from North High School and Bakersfield College. Her interest in photography began while in high school where she worked for specialty photographers: Visual Sports Network, working in sports photography, the Picture People, working with children, Linda Hamilton Photography, working with family and weddings. While at Bakersfield College earning her Child Development degree, Bethany took photography classes where she learned the intricacies of color, texture, negative development, design, and layout and as well as developing an amazing, artistic eye. Bethany loves to capture the essence of a moment and the personality of each of her clients with her photography. She knows the importance of exciting and unique portraits in preserving wedding memories. Her love for the innocence of children is reflected in her refreshingly candid portraits. With the advancement of digital photography, Bethany loves to use her imagination to create distinctive black and white portraits with splashes of color.
